Using the EZDentalCharting Label System will achieve the following:

1.   Writing-up your treatment notes is faster because our labels prompt the practitioner for information.  The practitioner simply completes the label entries and the entry is complete and thorough.

2.   Better treatment notes leads to more thorough dental treatment and  more profitability to the office.

3.   The office manager or bookkeeper will bill the patient for all treatment as the treatment notes will be more complete and comprehensive.

4.   Our Summary Informed Consent Form encourages the consent discussion.  Proper informed consent will be easily and efficiently accomplished and documented.

5.   BWXs and FMXs will be taken on time and not forgotten.  The XRay label will prompt the dentist to read the xrays and the patient will be scheduled accordingly.

6.   Observed treatment will be noted and transferred to the next page via a label.

7.   Updating of the patient’s medical status will be done routinely.

8.  Periodontal status is always current and initial or updated periodontal charting is prompted.

9.  The office will decrease its liability exposure due to proper, required documentation.  Compliance 

      with dental insurance company reviews and State requirements will be achieved.

10. If a patient refuses treatment (ie. a recommended endo or a crown on a fractured tooth), they must  

      sign-off on the informed refusal label.

Custom Orders are welcome and encouraged to match our labels and forms to your office style. Our labels are of high quality, white, writeable paper with black ink and rounded corners.  Any colored ink can be used to write on the labels.  The labels are made on rolls and delivered in self-dispensing boxes or individually wrapped rolls.  Send us a mock-up with specifics of size, content, color paper, color ink, number of labels desired, etc. and we will provide you with a quote.
